Performance Nosedive

I was quite happy with iBurst when I first got it.

Getting speeds of over 95k/sec most of the time, even international.
Averaging about 110-115k/sec on local sites.

After about 22 December this wasnt the case anymore. everything is trickling in at about 5k/sec. I have 100% signal and stay in Midrand. Is there any reason for the sudden drop in performance ?

I'm getting the same thing.

Last night I had trouble actually getting connected. The server kept rejecting my connection attempts with the message "Server was unable to assign an IP address" or something. Called WBS help desk and was told that they are aware and are working on the problem, might be slow while the techies are working on it.

This morning I connected first time, but the bandwidth and the latency went straight to hell. Now getting 5kb/s from a site that I always get 120k+ from, and latency has tripled (shooting from 400ms to 1200ms).

What's happening guys?
