Salary: About R35 000 CTC PM
SYNOPSIS:
Ability to structure and formulate (package) business requirements to enable effective and efficient technology enabling to customer expectations. Structure patterns and extract user and advertiser profiles from bulk sets of data. Must have superb mathematical skills and problem solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• IT Diploma / Degree or related qualifications
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role required.
• Experience with information architecture and developing a controlled vocabulary/thesaurus required.
• 2 years of experience using programming applications
• Advanced Excel and Access skills required.
• Other preferred skills include: experience with Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and other imaging and publishing software; web design experience;
• Have knowledge and experience to develop functional applications, scripting languages including XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Angular, Backbone, MVC4 and C#.
• Must have experience with programming and/or, software engineering
• Must possess the ability to manage projects and teams required to complete the finished product.
• Demonstrable experience of working to best practice guidelines to achieve recognized standards in accessibility and usability within online published content.
• Demonstrable experience of website development using scripting languages.
• Demonstrable experience of working to best practice guidelines to achieve recognized standards in accessibility and usability within online published content.
KEY PERFORMACE AREAS:
• Must design, coordinate and deliver fully functioning products that incorporate sound, full-motion video, text and graphics into one application that is interactive for the end user.
• Must design, create and test complete and fully working prototypes for the management team.
• Are responsible for interpreting requirements, designing layouts, researching information, deciding which multimedia tools to utilize, product development, and story creation.
• Must combine design and technical knowledge to create information and communication technology (ICT) based products that entertain, educate or inform the user.
• Writing efficient computer code or script to make the various features work, ensuring that sound, graphics, animations and timings function as intended and make good use of processing and data storage capacity.
