Salary:
SYNOPSIS:
Support, maintain and report on all design, build and run phases of the multi datacenter and multi-tenant MSP/ISP. Ability to troubleshoot all of the core systems deployed inside of the datacenter and escalate to vendor technical support when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• VCP Certification
• Tertiary qualification in IT or similar
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge in Storage Platforms, Virtualization, Computer Platform, Storage Fabric, backup Strategies and topologies, cloud technologies and troubleshooting skills, Web Hosting Fortinet Firewalls
• Knowledge on CCNP
• 2nd line level support
• 3 - 5 years ISP network support systems experience
• 3 - 5 years Linux experience
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in cloud computing, VoIP, putting architecture together, setting up of routers, virtual hosting infrastructure, attending to back up, VoIP billing queries
• Must have experience in being able to trouble shooting remotely
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Maintaining the relevant components within the ecosystem as per the SLA
• Implementation of agreed designs
• Ensuring Continual Improvement
• Responsible for providing support service
