Perpetual ADSL line install

Hi guys, I ordered a 4mbit ADSL line 3 weeks ago and was told I'd have it installed withing 2 weeks. Fair enough 2 weeks later a Telkom guy arrived and wanted to install. He said that he needed access to another property nextdoor to finish the installation. Fair enough, some people arent always there to open up. We then arranged with neighbours to be there and notified the Telkom tech. But upon phoning him (I took his direct number) he said that the order has been escalated to his manager. Fair enough. But then after phoning Telkom support countless times, theres been no update.

I just keep getting the following sms sometimes up to three times a day for the last week since the guy was here.

Is there anyone that might know someone who could look into this?

Dear Customer, a Telkom technician has been dispatched to install your telephone line for your order (112935928) today. Your continued support is appreciated. For enquiries please call 10210. Regards, Telkom.


By the way... I already have an adsl line here, but its had so many problems I've decided to replace it.

Simply ask him for his managers number and call him her..
