Does any use or have used a personal TENS / EMS stimulator? These are the smaller versions of what the physio and chiropractors use. I'm looking at getting one but there are so many on the market and I am just wanting to know it has helped you in anyway, especially for lower back and shoulder pain. I would appreciate any and all input regarding your experience. I like the units from HealthmateForever but it looks like I would have to import it.
I would most probably get one of the 6 or 8 mode units which is also much cheaper than the others.
