I know that there are all sorts of grey areas regarding WiFi networks and i had an interesting thought the other day:
If i were to set up a little suitcase with:-
iBurst modem (or 2 or 3) and a little router and a WiFi base station - that is all for arguments sake self-powered.
Then i walk around - to the office, to the airport, to the mall or anywhere else where i am free to walk - and start selling time on my little personal wireless hotspot to collegues and passers by...
As long as i don't cross any roads (or something) telkom cant say anything - but what other laws (if any) would i be breaking or have i found myself a convinient little grey area??
