PES 2009 Transfers Patch

i bought PES 2009 yesterday..so i got this new patch with all the updated transfers and players

how do i install the patch or whatever.its a .bin file

I presume the file needs to be copied somewhere under my documents/konami/pes 2009 and replace some file.

thanks...it says i must update my client version...do you know how i can do that.

hmmm yeah you must either replace a similar file or if it's an image try and mount it in daemon tools
