Peter Bloom is the President of Global quality and customer experience for Aegis.
Prior to joining Aegis, Bloom was the president and co-founder of Customer Operations Performance Center, the a leading authority on operations management and performance improvement for customer contact center and BPO services.
Prior to co-founding COPC, Bloom was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and the COO of several manufacturing companies. He has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
