Peter Moyo is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Vodacom Board.
Peter Moyo is a director and shareholder of the Amabubesi Group. He holds directorships in various Amabubesi Group companies. He is non-executive director of Pinnacle Technology Holdings, Liberty Holdings, Liberty Group and Transnet. Peter is the chairman of the audit committee of the Auditor-General’s office and serves on the advisory council of the Stellenbosch Business School. He was appointed Chairman of the Vodacom Group Board in May 2009.
