1.) If this man were to be responsible for policy holder's funds, we should all be very worried!! His interpretation of how smoothed bonus contracts work are totally wrong and inherently flawed.

2.) He also seems to totally disregard the intent of his own minister of finance.

So Old Mutual got nailed again ... that is very good ... good job Vuyani ... these fat overpaid morons in Old Mutual have been ripping off their policy holders for decades.
