pfSense 2.5.0 - 504 Gateway Timeout

Hi forumites,

I hope there is someone who can help. I recently upgraded our pfSense box to 2.5.0. Since then I have not been able to view DHCP leases (Status > DHCP Leases) or the ARP table (Diagnostics > ARP Table)

Both give me the 504 Gateway Timeout error.

I have looked in the logs and found this:
"upstream timed out (60: Operation timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: [REDACTED], server: , request: "GET /status_dhcp_leases.php HTTP/2.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php-fpm.socket"

Searched the Internet and cant seem to find any possible solution.

Any ideas?

A backend process is not running, specific to the webservice that serves that page..

Update: I opened DHCP lease status (and ARP Table) a few minutes ago. I waited until the network was quiet. The pages loaded without timeout but took a long time. Between 90 and 120 seconds I estimate.

Not happy with this update. I am looking at rolling it back.
