Pfsense changing Counter Strike network to Europe

Hi Guys, so I installed my first Pfsense boks and started setting up rules for all my different devices in the house.

My biggest problem now is when I game especially Counter Strike GO, when I click Casual game it connects me and another computer on my network to European servers.

My computer has no Rules set but the other one on the network has and all it does is limits the amount of traffic it uses.

Would anyone know why this happens and perhaps how to fix it?

This is probably due to the current situation of the servers - the local servers aren't functioning.
