pfsense VLAN firewall help

Hi

Running pfsense with a LAN and 2 x Vlans (IoT and Tenant)

I cannot get pfblockerng to work on the VLANS as well as internet access

I think I can see why but dont know how to resolve the issue

Please can you check my rules
