PGV 7 ?

Want to take almost six year old MiniMoose to see ninja turtle movie tomorrow.... Noticed it says PGV 7 and anticipate a fight with the establishment tomorrow morning.

Usually involves me threatening the staff at the cinema as I am the childs parent and teach my kids morals that I deem appropriate.... Not the conservative nuts running the movie house....anyway all the other kids are at school...

See me storming off after threatening the staff that the moment I get home , I shall be downloading the r6 version..

Minimoose is looking forward to go home to play GtaV on his Xbox anyway...

How do you handle the age thingy at the movies?

Meh... I've had one of those days it seems.. was too early for my own brain to read properly

at 6... i wouldn't even bring up the age.. just act as if she is old enough to see it and walk in.

I have never had any issues at the cinema regarding my kids at all. Obviously no PG16 movies, but most movies have a PG10 rating these days. They don't even ask or question anything. Just check the tickets and we're off.

In my opinion it should be a guideline and only require that the child be accompanied by an adult. I'm the same I make decisions about what my children can watch and play. I only treat the age classification as a suggestion.

So we ran out of time to watch a flick, but out of curiosity on leaving the esteemed Spur and being in the mood for an argument, seeing as I have not seen HO for close on a week, I sauntered over to the movies, grabbed the lady in the blue outfit and asked, "This here boy," I said, whilst pointing at MiniMoose, " He be five, can I take him to watch that movie about radioactive pizza eating turtles!" , I enquired....

"HeH! Ehhhh, aiii, how old is tha buy?" , she asked me ..

" five " , I repeat...

" uhu, ai kona, now he kinnit go"

"But, I go with him", once again pointing to MiniMoose....

She shakes her head for no... I give my stare, the blank one..... And then ask, " How do you know he is five?"

" I don't she says....."

"See! " , I exclaim to the rest of my party, walking away, I consol Minimoose with the fact that come friday night, the downloaded turtles will be entertaining us in my lounge at the MooseMansion...
