Ok guys .. galls countrymen

Trying out my 8750 tricore

testing ....

1) virtual pc running xp and prime 95 @ 100 cpu
2) virtual pc running vista and full prime 95 @ 100 cpu
3) host running full prime 95 at all 3 cores @ 100 cpu

fired up 2 720p movies at the same time. one with media classic and other VLC.

All the above running at the same time and temps under 40c

Seems like this chip not too bad after all... no lag in any of the vids even with all the virtual pcs and prime on host !!

What is your 3D mark score? Wonder how it compares against Intel Core 2 CPU's?

Seems like this chip not too bad after all...

meaning Intel Quads are so much better

3D Mark pretty crappy ... 3095 only. 7500 odd on cinebench 10 multicore (64bit) But suppose it's not a high-end proc. Was just amazed at the way it handle multi tasking so well ! Guess I'll make this into my HTPC.
