Phoenix BIOS Beep Codes

I have a GA-7VAX motherboard here I'm trying to resurrect.

I continuously get a long beep - pause - long beep - pause until I kill the power.

The only thing connected to the MB is power & CPU. It does this with ram & gpu plugged in as well. Also swapped out 3x cmos batteries but not sure if they are good.

Sticker on BIOS says Phoenix while Manual says it's Award. Looking at beep codes for both of those I cannot find anything that matches my scenario.

Any ideas?

Never mind. Looks like reseating the cpu seems to have helped, for now anyway.

Lol @ self help. You have any ideas what your CPU temps were before the problem came up?

Protip: this looks like it was made during the great capacitor plague of about 2002. Check for swollen caps and/or leaks from them just in case.
