Phone call from $elkom

I just got a very rude $elkom cient service office on the phone about my account that is over the limit but i had a account and paid it

when she started to shout at me i ask for a manager and was told that there was no one there but i mentioned that i was going to contact the myadsl forum and icasa when there was a manager there he answered he ask what he could do for me today i ashed for the prices to be reduced and silence

but he was not even told why i ask for him after telling the hole story him said the it was not even for an accound that had been printed as yet ;) :confused: so how should i know that my account is over the limit and i ask for what the limit was i was told R900 so i told him how can they limit the account to that and i menetion that i was a myadsl member and that i would be changing to the sno then things start to happen he up my account limit to R1200 and said he would have a letter of apology send to me from the first agent that i spoke to

let see what happends

If I were the manager I would have said " Oh NO! SNO please I'm so sorry" pause "only joking, pay up now or else we will cut you off".
I find it very strange that a Telkom employee would give a fig about you or this vapour Arthur C Clark competitor.
