Any MTN reps here that can assist. I have an issue whereby i keep losing network and even calls works for like a minute and then for about 15secs or more thereafter i cannot hear the person on the other end. Tried calling customer care but same issue persisted till they dropped the phone as I reckon I appear unavailable to them.
Is this a widespread issue or an isolated case and what could be the cause. Started happening about 2 to 3 days ago. And its very annoying especially when you are on business calls.
