Phone calls one number from all contacts

Hi,
My little girl has arranged my phone so that it only calls one number - Vodacom prepaid service. Whether I call the contact as saved or actually dial in the number itself, the call always goes through to that destination.

I have to say, I'm actually quite impressed by this feat of re-programming, but I do need to fix it.

Has anyone had a similar problem or knows a fix?

What phone is it? Sounds like closed dialling has been enabled
