Mine seems to be OK but Bellville seems to have problems often. I have it on good authority that they have skills shortages issues.

Loss of signal = Base station outage.

These do not last too long.

Better get your detail through to the contact centre so that they can build a picture of the affected base stations.

Sorry was stupid me disabling my iburst terminal.

Dusk: Make sure you have your user name and password handy, then delete your Iburst connection from 'Network Connections', then open the dashboard, enter your u/n & password in 'Config' and connect from there, this'll recreate the Iburst PPPoE connection in Network Connections and should solve the problem.

Well iburst was down for about an hour or so. Back up now .
