Hi, I see most people are up and running again with 8ta. Mine is off completely now in boksburg.

Could anyone please tell me what number I can call to check if all is well with my contract and enquire possibly why my internet won't connect?

Thanks, I was just about to call funny enough and then my 8ta started working properly this weekend. Thanks for getting it sorted 8ta. Just maybe next time if you guys can keep us in the loop we would all appreciate it very much.

LOL....not gonna happen. Telkom has never won an award for customer service.

I remember the days when companies would lock the Telkom engineer in the building, till the lines were fixed. Still happens.

Yea it sucks. I mean I would not mind if there was a problem if we were informed. The fact that there was a problem for about 2 weeks or so without ANYONE telling us anything is a bit disturbing.
