Phone or network problem?

I have a SE K810 I on contract.
I can call out but cannot receive. When I phone it, it will immediately say "not available" I have tried "master reset" to no avail.
Can this be my sim card?

Try your sim in a friends phone to make sure but its probably the phone itself

Check that you arent redirecting all calls?

Thanks but I sorted it out. Put a spare sim in and it worked. Sim problem. Got a new one with the same number.
