Hi there,
Please dont comment on how stupid I am, I know. Thats not the point.
My phone was stolen 5 months ago. I did the simswap on Saturday. I was not aware that it had been stolen, because, they only used to R200 airtime every month. And I thought i had just packed my phone away in the move, and would find it eventually (its my second contract that I dont use too much).

Point is.. It was being used. Is there anybody here that knows how I can get my statements for the last 5 months? I would like to do some personal digging into the numbers called etc..

Thanks,
Kris

If you weren't using the airtime, you were going to lose it anyway.

These okes have made good use of your account. Phone your number and thank them.

If you require a once off itemised bill, contact our Customer Care Helpline on 808 (from an MTN cellphone) or 083 1 808 from any other line. A once off charge will be levied for use of this service.

;)

Well that hardly helps. It does roll-over for 4 months. So I didnt expect to have lost too much. But thanks.

Thank you. I didnt know it was that easy. I am used to that number now, after been trying to get BIS set up for the last 3 days. So I will give them a call.

If you are with MTNSP then good luck. I have been trying now for 6 months to get an AD-HOC itemized bill out of them with no luck. They even charged me once for the service without delivering :(

I most certainly am. Fantastic.
