Phone unlock code

I bought a Vodacom network locked phone (itel vision 1pro) last year which i would like to unlock. I tried calling Vodacom and also going to the Vodacom store with no luck. Please help.

You need to do a firmware upgrade. If you are technically inclined, you can do it yourself va instructions from the web. I took mine to the local paki cellphone shop - R100 to unlock it.
