Phone wipe issues

I had some internet browsing issues and nothing would work so I did the phone wipe under security settings. Now some things like the facebook application says "you are not currently on a service plan that supports this application." and won't work. Whatsapp won't work either. The plus side is the browsing seems better *touch wood*

My question is do I need any additional settings that I need to request from mtn? Or am I going to have to take the phone in and have them reset things?

try setting your phone to original factory settings,phone wipe disables almost all fuctionality on a phone as a security measure

I've done all that and all I'm left with is an empty shell of a phone.

Fixed it by changing the apn to blackberry.net

My wife'd Whatsapp had to be updated to get operational again on her Blackberry.
