Phone with 3* optical zoom?

My camera seems to have flat batteries when I need it. So now I want to get a cellphone that has optical zoom as it is always charged.
Samsung g800 is old now. Any newer models that you know of?

the actual camera (dedicated unit) is always flat when he needs it, assumedly sometimes spontaneously

so he wants to switch to using the camera built into his cellphone (as he always has it charged)
but he also wants the cellphone based camera to have optical zoom

while i can clarify the original post i cant really help with a suggestion

Didn't know there were cellphones with optical zoom capability but then again technology is constantly moving ahead
