I want to phone Blizzard to get my suspension lifted, as I am sure they made a mistake when the banned me for 72 hours.

Has anyone phoned them successfully and perhaps know which number I must phone?

I just recruited some friends and would like to play with them this weekend. If my suspension is not lifted, I must wait till about midnight on Saturday before I can play again, which I do not want to do.

Bear in mind that I have already sent a photo of my ID to them along with my CD but have not received any feedback, hence my idea of calling them up as well.
 
I've phoned them once or twice. Their call centers are in Cork, Ireland and Paris, France.

This might be obvious, but which department should I contact to lift a suspension?

I'm guessing billing, right?
 
Been waiting for 50 mins on the line.

Their office hours end in 30 mins from now - this is ridiculous.
 
Just got off the phone with them.

Apparently, Your Freedom is not allowed, he did not know about Gamemax.

He could not remove the suspension, but made a note to the account administration team about my situation.

I will have to wait it out. Nice way to treat a 3 year long loyal paying customer eh.

I want to say **** Blizzard but I'm gonna try hold it in.
