I've seen a lot of interest on this forum for photography. Now although I am not into photography per se I do enjoy taking pictures and then sharing them on Facebook/Flickr etc.
I used to use the traditional method to upload pictures onto Facebook of going into the album and adding new photos. Then I discovered Windows Live Photo Gallery and I am finding it very useful. It does a lot of what "normal" photo galleries do but then also has a facility to allow you to publish photos from your PC gallery directly to the photo sharing site of your choice. So in a few clicks I am able to view my images, do some simple editing of them, choose the ones I want to share and then publish them to Facebook, or wherever, from within the same app.
I know there are probably a few programmes like this around (I have tried Nokia photos too but it has limited sites you can publish to for now and is very resource intense) but I like this Windows one a lot.
Anyway just thought I'd share it... use it, don't use it!
