Photo Guide : Tenderised steak pasta

Tenderised steak is an economical cut of meat and can go quite far on a low budget.

I made this tenderised steak pasta today for lunch, it is a delicious dish.

Not with Parmesan cheese.

Love the stuff but so damn expensive.

I had a very cheap pasta dish last nigh. Spaghetti, robertsons mixed herbs, crumbed feta & lemon infused avo oil. So nice I had two bowls.

Some avo in there is also nice

Rofl the other day I was at my sisters house and I had an empty stomach, I could have waited for supper but I Needed to take myprodol because I'd just been to the dentist, so I cracked 3 eggs into a cup and put them in the microwave, I did of course stir every few seconds and make sure they weren't in for too long or they would dry out. I also put in salt & pepper and grated cheese and caramelised onions which was already prepared for supper.

Yes, but remember, one steak (of the two in my recipe - because tenderised steak normally comes as two in a packet) was cut into the pasta, the other steak (steakburger)
will be eaten today, I can't really afford expensive cheese either, but parmesan lasts a long time and one only uses a bit at time ! I do consider it a luxury.

- Aaah I forgot had two ripe avos, will have to have some today !
