Photo with crease lines not needed

Ok, so i got another pic that has 2 very noticable crease (+1 small one) lines in it.

Now i've got corel paint shop pro V11.20, and cant seem to figure out how to get rid of these fold lines. The photo is old, & B&W.

IS there a reasonably easy way a novice can do this?

yes use photoshop and the clone tool it works well

I faintly remember Paint Shop Pro having a tool for that exact reason. You could try that.

But yeah Clone stamp would work pretty well. If you're bored you can always send it to me and I'll fix it up for you.
