As I have family in different parts of the world, I have started taking them, and trying to persuade family members to do the same.
I searched here and did not find anything, so I was wondering if there was any interest.
They are not photographic masterpieces, may approach it if you buy expensive software, but interesting spheres can be made with many Android smartphones, or a dSLR and software. As high resolution is wasted for normal viewing, I use a Pentax K110 (my "leave in the car" knock around) or an Sony Xperia phone (the phone needs a gyro, some don't have one)
Even if not of high quality, they are an interesting way to see different places. (especially now I have found how to put them on a website without using google)
Why do I post on this forum? I spent most of my life in the Natal Midlands, and still have two kids (grown up) there.
