I've completed my bachelors in IT; Now busy with my Honors and working at the same time.

I have a lot of experience in C# and PHP (Java etc. too), but I do not really know what to do with my skills.

I am not afraid to try out new things, heck, I even made a game mode for Arma 3.

I currently am a web administrator, but due to what they require, I cannot reach my full potential.
I have automated many systems for fellow colleagues that reduced hours of work into minutes (Web scraping, databases etc.).

Due to the economy I have noticed a reduction of job positions being posted in my area. (Even my job isn't guaranteed due to restructuring happening now)

What do I do from now on forward?

The IT Jobs section of this very forum http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/forumdisplay.php/269-IT-Jobs often has jobs posted with your exact skills required. You have the perfect skills for most web-dev positions, and even though you're lacking experience, there are some junior positions posted quite often.

What area are you based in? Are you willing to move for the right job?

I have had interest in the IT Jobs featured on MyBB, but I don't know whether I should see myself as a Junior - My reason for thinking so is that I work a lot with third party companies that do web development for us, but their senior developers sometimes don't deliver the quality of work I would expect them to. I sometimes even send them code to speed up development in areas where they would say "this feature is not possible" or "it will take very long to complete".

On the other hand, I should see myself as a Junior as I have not worked in a software developing environment. So things like scrum boards and frameworks are some things that I have vague knowledge about.

I guess there is no measuring unit which indicates when you are junior or senior. (Maybe I'm hitting IT puberty).

I live in Vanderbijlpark, but I am willing to relocate after I have completed my honors degree.

You say you have a lot of experience so I get where you're coming from. Personally I don't care much for titles as long as the pay is worth it.

Are you basically an expert in php and c#, and can easily and rapidly skill up in any other language?
Do you understand that writing code is the easy part of quality software development
Then you could be considered senior
