PHP Forum help needed

I am looking for someone to help me do the initial setup of a PHP Forum. I already have the forum software loaded on my URL.
I need help with things like changing the theme, the logo, setting up of user registrations and some all round forum things.


The forum has to do with green energy, PV instalations, solar water heating and all the associated technologies.
