Hey guys i want to start teaching myself PHP so i got one of those free site hostings from 110mb and now i want to deploy to that site from CS3 Dreamweaver how do i do that ?

There isn't really a "deploy" as such with php.
If you're using a database you'd need to configure that so suit your host's setting. But other than that, just plonk your files on the server and you should be fine
