physical line replacement

i wanna get my existing line(wire) replaced from my adsl box in my room to the pole outside my room,
but still standing inside my house.

can i have a contact number who can do this kind of job? (or can telkom handle this)

i want to take a chance to improve my packet loss problem.

i'm suspecting that line, because it's more than 7 years old.

Telkom techs did this at my place when I complained about getting timeouts from pinging the DNS servers. Have them do a line test with their portable tester gadget if you think you are having problems. They replaced the line from the pole to the house first and when that didn't help, they replaced the wiring inside the house to the ADSL box as well and it's worked pretty well since then.

I phoned the usual 0800 373 375 number.
