Pic upload dilemma

Hullo. How do i upload pictures from my phone camera gallery onto Facebook? I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini.

Logging onto Facebook without hassles, I can upload pictures that have been downloaded on the phone SD card, again no problems. To access on phone, 'Path:/storage/sdcard0/Download/Img_0105.jpg'. Et voila! The pic will successfully upload on to FB.

The problem starts when I try to upload to FB any pic taken by the phone camera. Try to access the pic as per normal, 'Path:/storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera/20130303_162500.jpg'. But the upload fails.

I sent the pic to my old phone via Bluetooth successfully but once again the upload to Facebook fails.

What am I doing wrong? All help is appreciated.

okay, logic kicked in and i lowered the camera picture resolution settings on the phone. Photos are now successfully uploading onto Facebook.

It's probably failing cos the photo size is too large. Reduce the resolution in the camera settings before you take the photo or use a photo resizer app before you upload. You can easily reduce the default photo size down to thirty percent.
