Pick Up of Packages

I'm running an ecommerce site from home in a secure complex and have been doing it for years and because I do not have to keep stock it was convenient and cheaper to just do it from home.

Problem: Some clients want to pick up their parcels and not pay for courier service. I have no problem with it but the complex has and also my wife is worried about safety when people we do not know just rock up at home.

I need to know, are there companies where I can hire small floor space for the goods and then clients can pick it up, obviously someone (not necessary from my company) needs to hand over the package and let the client sign for it?

Pickup areas must be Honeydew area preferably or from Honeydew to Midrand area.

** There is a company Pargo - excellent idea but some of my packages are over a 1m long and there might be 6 of those where Pargo cannot handle these packages at their pick up points.

Feedback and solutions will be welcomed.

I would simply say sorry, courier only.

Or you start delivering yourself in proximity.

Jack up security at your complex. You cannot get into ours unless security phones our landline and my goods are only in my garage. Never at my cottage.
