I'm not getting the dislike for Tofu. Very popular ingredient in the far east and very versatile in its uses. I had some today stir fried with a lot of veg but you can batter it and deep fry if you want as well as using it as a replacement for chicken in a curry for example.
12 though a lot of stuff in the list I do eat I only eat in certain very specific circumstances. Example: I'll only eat eggs if laced with hot sauce so I can't get the eggy taste. I only eat really fresh fish or canned fish, don't eat fish that was previously frozen.
Most, if not all, fish that go to a canning plant, was previously frozen. That is how the fish is preserved on the boats.I only eat really fresh fish or canned fish, don't eat fish that was previously frozen.
Lol a lot of times even hunger not a good enough reason for me to eat.I also generally eat under 1 main circumstance, when I am hungry..
It's bland as heck and absorbs ****all flavor from anything else.
Well the process the fishy taste out of it. Interesting the last time I had tin fish it had a fishy taste to it. Going avoid that from now onMost, if not all, fish that go to a canning plant, was previously frozen. That is how the fish is preserved on the boats.![]()
A BIG fat zero for me.
Chicken has a taste believe you me I know because, chicken and other poultry gives me migranesIt does have an non absorbent quality to it, but like chicken and beef etc which are incredibly bland with nothing added, it can be cooked nicely.
As I said, I had some in a stir fry at lunchtime and it was great. Along with tempe, they are an essential part of my diet as a vegetarian proving lots of protein.

I had Tofu for lunch
It's all about the flavours that you add to it because on it's own it's pretty nondescript.
