Pierre de Vos strikes again

The latest Vosism is that there is a 70% chance that the protection of information bill would be found unconstitutional by the constitutional court.

I wonder how he computed this 70% figure.

Well seeing as he's a constitutional law expert I'd imagine broke the information bill into points and then checked how many of them tie into the constitution.
 
Anyway, is op upset that Pierre did not say there is 100% chance the bill will be found unconstitutional?
 
No, it irritates me when people make non-sensical statements like assigning a precise mathematical probability to an event which I believe cannot be quantified in this way.
Yeah, it really confuses some folk :p
