Pilot behind incident failed exam more than once

How did she get her license if she didn't pass the tests?

She'd obviously failed several times before she succeeded. Just like failing your driving licence test multiple times before succeeding.

Apparently the report suggested she should never ever be a pilot, great navigator though. Geez, who makes these dumb-ass decisions?

Well that's why I'm wondering how she got a license. It's funny how people always come out of the woodworks AFTER something has happened.

The truth is that there are a number of pilots in the army who are piloting aircraft and failed their licenses. She is not the only one.

The people now in charge of Civil Aviation themselves could not pass their licenses and become pilots. Since their appointment a few years back, they have lashed out at white people failing the black pilots. A number of pilots have been "passed" based on merits of their skin and ensuring affirmative action in the army is applied.

This is not the first incident, many more will be seen.

Unfortunately, as they are targeting the SAA we will see these incidents on commercial airliners as well.

And a manager said to a training company, you only pass 20% of our people. Make the pass rate higher or else we move your contract.

Yeah much better to waste tax payers money on her perpetual training and the potential damages she could cause instead of giving at least 2 competent people a chance to fly.

She could've parked it on your house instead.

The people who ignored the instructors and let her fly should be locked up.

Yep, I got my mil license after 1hr in an 8 ton truck back in 90ish. Couldn't drive to save my life and learned on the road. They were short of drivers.

No Sir, that will be racism :D WTF Welcome to the NEW South Africa.

/Goes thru aviation crash logs to see if any of the pilots involved were benefitiaries of AA laws.

Please do. I support equality in the workspace but not when it's used to bypass qualifications.

I don't think the air force falls under the jurisdiction of the CAA but I could be wrong.
