Ping issues (4mbps)

Hey guys
I’m an online teacher that is having a very high ping when connecting a to needed servers. I am currently on LTE but keep failing the connectivity test. In my are I can only get 4mbps ADSL but don’t know if this will help with my ping problem?? Can anybody please give me solutions as to what to do. tmThank you!

DSL could give better latency, but not by too much these days. Telkom enabled something called "Interleaving" on thier DSL lines, which gives a better experience at the expense of latency, which isn't worth it for gamers and the like, or perhaps your use case.

Fiber has the best latency compared to anything else, and would be my recommendation. Failing which, DSL might be an option, or try out something like RAIN or another fixed wireless solution. But make sure you have good coverage first.
