Ping problems

Good afternoon

I'm having a problem with my network I always get high ping for games and I don't understand why.... my ping is fine in the morning but in the afternoon it goes up to 600ms please tell me what I could do.

Ask the internet to stop sending emails.
 
I have telkom 4mps line and to a server in cape town (i live in cape town) its 200 ms..... pretty big for a server so close.... please if i have a congested exchange tell me how to fix it

CT CBD is pretty congested. all the business' etc doesnt help at all.

Disconnect all devices off network and see if still happens. Could be uploads running and ruining your ping.

200ms isnt good. could be bad routing as well
 
I have a congested exchange and i just read their is nothing i can do, well im ****ed
