Ping to high.

Good day.

I have a MWEB ADSL 4MBPS uncapped line. My download speed is not close to 4MBPS and if I play games online like counter strike source/Go my ping is to high, i have try every thing but doesn't come right is there something i'm missing or what? I'm on the point of leaving MWEB for a other service provider that could help me with my needs if I don't come right or getting help soon. It seems like you are paying every month for good service and a product but you are getting nothing back only empty promises.
If someone can help me with the problem or just a feed back I would appreciate it.

First, try to see if you have FTTH available. If not, post tracert to something like 8.8.8.8 here. Also post the line stats here, and maybe a Speedtest.
