Pings this morning

Just for everyone who's inrternet is slow, it seems to be stabalizing:

So Ive been running a ping monitor for a few days now and if you look at the graphs below, you can see that pings skyrocket at 12 pm everynight? Afriman, what happens at that time?

I upgraded on Friday to 6Mb and I can't seem to get more than 250KB/s on any isp, and most of the time it is inconsistent.

Have tried different 1GB capped accounts from axxess, afrihost and openweb.

If I download from a local server on a local axxess account I get my full 6Mb.

Been like this for me whole weekend

Axxess and Afrihost will perform the same always, same ISP. Openweb should perform better. I am currently on a 10Mbit test openweb account, and it is flying for now, wanna see for how long I can push it.
