ok gonna try at put this is the most calm manner possible.......

One of my clients hit there cap this morning and i have been trying since 9am this morning to buy them a booster on there account, i cannot get onto the iburst web site to buy a booster it just says error in login try again later, I have tried phoning iburst and to give you an idea i phoned iburst in the car at linbro park drove all the way to roodepoort and somebody had still not answerd the phone. I have the client breathing down my neck and phoning me every 5min to find out whats going on and they ar egetting pissed at me.

IF I DO NOT HAVE A BOOSTER LOADED ON THERE ACCOUNT IN 10 MIN I SWEAR IAM GOING TO DRIVE TO IBURST HEAD OFFICE IN SANDTON AND IAM GOING TO DROP OFF THERE MODEM AND I WILL HAVE THERE 24 MONTH CONTRACT CANCELED.

oh yea btw gratz on losing them on the metranet i was supposed to have a meeting today with the client regarding the 5meg metranet and 60gig cap WELL DONE!!
 
I get that message when I type in the wrong username or password. I tried logging in now & I got in ok.

Can you please email me your clients Username and how much they want to boost for, i'll do it om my side.
 
I spent a large chunk of last night trying to purchase a bandwidth booster with the same error. I finally get logged into the system to buy a bundle this morning, and then it won't take my credit card, so after 5 attempts I eventually give up and buy on account, something I *detest* doing. All is fine, I have my new 1gb bundle, so I queue up the downloads I wanted, & go to university for the morning.

I get back now, & all I'm getting - and judging by the download progress, all I have been getting since about 3 hours ago is around 96kbs, even though I still have a few hundred mb's left of the bundle before I should be throttled again.

So yeah.

Well done iBurst, stunning support and service, really outstanding.
 
Another day in paradise.
Maybe the guys at iburst can go sort out the problems in Haiti
