Ok I took a look at your Armory profile on the weekend and I noticed a few things.
Gemming: You've used a few AP gems. Normally I'd recommend you don't do this (the sole exception is something like the +20 AP gem from the Kael'thas quest in MgT - I'm using it) as you'll get more from +Agi due to Kings.
Because your hit is so low, rather go for things like the +8 Hit and the +4 Agi +4 Hit gems.

Hit: You've mentioned it before. You're off to a good start with some of your gear but there are a few items you can get that will help quite a lot.
The Shoulders from Kael in Heroic MgT are awesome. They're better then the Bladed Shoulders from Chess in Kara and easier to farm for (got mine this weekend).
There is an Aldor/Scryer quest chain ending in a very easy 5man quest that will net u Socrethar's Girdle which has a nice +20 Hit on it.

Apart from that your setup seems pretty solid. I know you a bit more PvP focused so I can understand why you've got so much Stam gear.

Thanx mate. I'll get working on it. I have decided last night to remove my PvP gear and keep them for PvP only. I'm currently building on a nice PvE set. Changed all my gems, and got a nice Rogue in our guild to help me... She's a chick :D

If you have time, check her char, Lightroll - Spinebreaker (or maybe Lighttroll) She has some IMBA gear and a + Hit of 268

I'm stuck in a bit of a rut at the mo. I "lucked out" and got Malchazeen and Emerald Ripper so naturally I spec'd Combat Daggers which is all well and good, except I HATE COMBAT DAGGERS.
Backstab does some nice Damage but 60 energy and having to be behind your target the whole time blows chunks.
As every Rogue knows you should position behind your target but at least with Swords/Maces/RealWeapons it's a bit more forgiving if your target changes the direction he's facing while you're trying to whale on him.
So he's my predicament. Due to the Awesome Daggers I got the easiest way I can grab some Real Weapons is from PvP and quite frankly PvP with Daggers is Queer. Especially when for some bizzare reason every single BG you go into is getting some weird Lag.
Sure it was only last night but I still hate daggers.

I feel you're pain. As said before I used to lvl from 1 - 60 on Daggers. Due to the lack of daggers I spec'd swords. The other night I had 2 IMBA daggers and thought I'll try Sub spec again with the daggers. Was the most useless thing I have ever done. Right after Kara I spec'd back to Swords. With Daggers being very Backstab driven, I found myself Energy starved :eek: Like u said 60 enegy and the having to wait for a second is not on. I love the S1 Swords, almost have enough Arena points for the S2 set :) they look the same but have little bit more DPS :o

Heh, I made the same mistake with my first Rogue. I still have screenies on her in Shadowcraft/Stormshroud freshly dinged 60 with 2x Julies Daggers

I was even giving some serious thought to buying a Blinkstrike and a Failsteel Lolsword as a temporary measure.

Logic prevailed and instead I'll carry on PvPing for a S1 MH and then buy the Badge offhand Fist.
 
Simplest be would be to grab the S1 cheap offhand (it's much less honour) sword and use a mainhand blue until Spiteblade drops in KZ, or buy a Blinkstrike (scout the AH) to use in your MH until you get a solid drop.
Also, stick to two swords, or you'll be missing out on swordspec procs.

Yeah thats the plan.

I was hoping for Teh Spite last night but no joy.
Post-Dailies I'm doing EoTS and AV for Marks and Honour so I can get 2xS1 if necessary.

I almost grabbed a Blinkstrike 2 weeks ago but 1K is a hefty sum and it would have left me flat broke.

I'm also pondering saving Badges for the 2 Fists or possible getting the Offhand 1 (6 badges to go) and a Season 1 MH.
Fists is marginally worse DPS then swords but the awesome stats on those babies offsets that somewhat.

Decisions Decisions. /me runs off to trollop on the dps spreadsheet.
 
Ok I read that 180+ hit is ready for ZA with nothing less than 8k HP.

I have 176 +hit so I'm almost there. My guild ran ZA once or twice. I'm going to start to PUG ZA once I have the + hit would love to have 268+ hit like that troll rogue in our guild :eek:

Only now I have realized what a mission it is to be PvE geared and the complete different spec's required (+ Hit a very big thing). I have now decided to move away from PvP and go into serious PvE. Hope it was a good choice :o

O btw, PvE gear looks so much more better than the PvP ones :D

The Season 1 Arena gear looks crappy but thats coz Tier 4 looks horrendous (well to me anyway)
Just wait till Wrath. Tier 3 looked absolutely awesome and the new gear in Wrath will be that recoloured.

Check the T6 with that Legendary blade's - I saw it on a Rogue on TWH once ..... ZOMG !!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Yeah it does look rather good.
I'm not a fan of the Tier 6 helm but the Helm off Illidan looks very cool with the rest T6.
Coupled with the blades you look like a Demonhunter.
 
If i wuz a rogue I'd go farm the two Latro's swords. Mainly coz they look cool. :D

I'm farming BM for Exalted with KoT so I'm trying to get the offhand Latro's on the side. Currently it dropped once and another Rogue won it.
The farming continues.

As for the Shattered Sun Sword. I fail.
I totally forgot about it.

Also, I linked a pic from WoWhead into guild chat last night.
Most awesome screenshot I've seen in ages.
A Guy in a Timbermaw suit running around Tyr's Hand with 2x Latro's. It just looks so frikkin funny.
 
I got my S1 Offhand last night and despite spamming /2 with WTB Blinkstrike I had no joy so I bought the Shattered Sun MH.

Combat Swords, I missed you.
 
Heh, thats exactly what i have, Blinkstrike and S1 o/hand.
A note to the original topic. I always choose agi over ap, main reason is bok, which give agi increase, but not ap, makes a huge difference.
Another thing to remember, in instances like kara, never poison your main hand if u have a shammy in your gp giving windfury, the increased dps is significant. I always fight to have a shammy in my gp :)

I have noticed a massive change in applying poisons with my off hand now that my +hit is up so much :D

and my DPS went up buy atleast 1/3 :eek:

Still building on my gear :o
 
I got my Blinkstrike last night.
I was omw through UC to work on herbing and I dropped a few items on AH and saw a Blinkstrike for 750g.
Quite a nice price for TH so I nabbed it. Did the dailies so I could buy 6 Voids and got Mongoose on it.
I haven't had a chance to test it out with Mongoose on but I reckon Sword Spec + Blinkstrike + WF totem is gonna be awesome.
 
I got to test it out in SSC.

Combat Swords with Blinkstrike scales scarily well, and with WF it's beautiful.

WTB moar Badges for some 1337 upgrades and that damn Shard of Contempt.

Had a very long MgT today and unfortunately for me the Caster DPS trinket dropped.

Totally IMBA trinket I might add, just not mine.
