Planet VIP-200 not hanging up

Hi Guys,

Our planet VIP-200 Internet Telephony Gateway will not hang up, once a call is terminated. It has to be reset manually.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply - I had a look, but could only find Call progress tone detection, and it was enabled.

There seems to be very little info out there on the Planet VIP-200. I have read through the (not-so-friendly) manual. I just get the impression that their support, overall, is on the sparse side.

To date, I have e-mailed their tech-support, hunted for manuals, firmware updates. I've used Google, Hakia, Powerset, Mahalo and even some "Deep" search engines. I have ended up, posting here in a desperate attempt to get some answers.

It would be great if someone can point me to Forums where these sorts of things are discussed.
