We are thinking of having an app for our online store (restaurant). Does Playstore always deduct 30% from the purchases? We are more interested in Vodapay (Gpay) as our customers only need to buy airtime to make purchases. If they pay using airtime how long will it take for us to get the money?

For the first year it’s 30%, 15% thereafter

I think they only take the percentage of what is sold via the play store. If the transaction uses a different payment method then surely Google doesn't charge for that?

Everything paid for with google pay is charged, weather it’s sold via the store or in app purchase.

If you with to not pay it then you need to integrate your own payment solution.
