Play Store refund button gone?

So has Google changed their refund policy or something?

There's always been a no questions asked refund button in the play store but now after a recent purchase there seems to be nothing?

Anyone know what's happening?

Last I checked it was 15 minutes, after that it’s contact the dev

I've had refunds longer than that period.

Yes, there's no refund button like before. Literally bought an app just before I posted this thread and the refund button was nowhere to be seen.
