WoW should be fine - my latency was seldom under 200ms when I used to play. Otherwise any of the clones - Rift for example has grown on me...
Also, I sometimes play BF3 on Polish servers and I usually have a latency of about 150-200ms. As long as the server doesn't kick you for higher than average latency, it is surprisingly playable. Very seldom have lag-related issues.
Basically anything that is heavy on client side prediction, this also includes almost all modern FPS with a few exceptions. The opposite to a client side prediction game would be Quake.
I play Bf3 and BF4 on the Xbox which only has EU servers (well the EU servers are our best bet for console), thats minimum 200ms pings. You can adapt I guess.
I've found the ArmA series play well with high latency. They're naturally slower-paced so you're not constantly getting into fights where the person who pulls the trigger first wins. I often play ArmA3 on international servers with over 200 latency and you barely even notice the latency.
